Session Abstract: “Accept and Accomplish Your Mission with CA’s Enterprise Change Management” -- Attend this valuable on-demand Webcast and get a user experience of how CA Enterprise Change Management Solutions enable IT to rapidly introduce change for the benefit of the business, without compromising ongoing service quality.
Your IT department is under increasing pressure to support the strategic objectives of the business by introducing new functionality to business applications and services. At the same time, IT has to deliver high quality services from the numerous technical complexities it maintains. Add to this cost pressures, shrinking IT budgets, and new compliance mandates and it’s no surprise that managing change represents one of the most challenging issues in IT today. Like yours, many organizations continue to employ manual, uncontrolled change activities. No surprise therefore that as many as 80% of help desk incidents and problems opened are due to the introduction of change.
