Speaker Bio: Doug Akers is the Tactical and Solutions Product Manager at MKS Inc. and is responsible for the company's Portfolios, Requirements and ITIL offerings among other solutions. Working with MKS for over 10 years, Mr. Akers began his career as a Customer Support Representative and later a Market Research Manager. He transitioned to the role of Product Manager in 1999 where he first was responsible for the company's Unix to Windows interoperability products including the award-winning MKS Toolkit product line. |
